Is my code sent to your servers?

Scan content is sent to Arcwall's backend for AI analysis. We do not store your source code beyond the scan session. Results are saved to your dashboard only.

What happens when I hit the free limit?

Scans are blocked until the 1st of next month when your limit resets. Upgrade to Pro anytime for unlimited scanning.

Do you support government contracts?

Yes — Arcwall maps findings to ITSG-33 controls used in Canadian federal procurement. Enterprise plans include Canadian data residency options.

Is there a team plan?

Team plan coming soon at $199/month for up to 10 developers with shared dashboard and security lead workflow. Contact us to join the waitlist.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — cancel anytime from your dashboard. You keep Pro access until end of your billing period with no penalties or fees.

What AI model powers Arcwall?

Arcwall uses Claude by Anthropic for all security analysis. Findings are mapped to OWASP, NIST, CWE, and MITRE ATLAS frameworks automatically.

What counts as a scan?

Each time you run one of the three commands — Build, Design, or Review — it counts as one scan. Re-scanning the same project counts as a new scan each time.

Why do you require a work email?

Arcwall is built for professional engineering and security teams. A work email helps us serve you better and ensures the product is used in the context it was designed for.

Is my code sent to your servers?

No. The scanner runs locally on your machine. Only a structured summary of security-relevant signals — not your source code — is sent to the Arcwall backend for analysis.

What if I lose my API key?

Can I cancel my Pro subscription?

Yes — cancel any time. Your plan reverts to Free at the end of the billing period. No questions asked.

What IDEs does Arcwall support?
